As Cyclone Hale makes landfall, AA Insurance coverage is reminding these on the North Island to test their properties and put together for heavy rain and extreme gales.
The cyclone has introduced with it heavy rain warnings and a powerful wind look ahead to Coromandel Peninsula, Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, Northland, Auckland, Nice Barrier Island, Bay of Loads and Taupo.
AA Insurance coverage head of claims, Tony Bartlett says that with the heavy rain, the insurer is encouraging folks to get out and test their properties whereas it’s protected to take action, particularly if the property is susceptible to flooding.
