Police are interesting for data after a aircraft went lacking within the Northern Territory on Christmas Eve.
The one engine plane, which was carrying one passenger and the pilot, departed Gove at about 8.30am on Saturday.
It was as a result of land in Katherine at about 10.30am the identical day, however it has not but arrived.
Northern Territory police are working along with the Australian Maritime Security Authority (AMSA) Response Centre to seek for the lacking plane, however mentioned it had “not been contactable” because it’s departure.
The AMSA Response Centre was alerted on Saturday afternoon, and an air seek for the aircraft commenced.
The search will proceed on Christmas Day.
