My analysis focuses on ladies entrepreneurs in Halmahera, Moluccas, in positioning themselves throughout the native cultural perspective, and their constructive contribution as initiators supporting tourism improvement. Inside a male-dominated social construction, they face challenges working their companies, however persist despite marginalising geographical, financial and cultural situations.
